OUR BRIDGE LOANS CAN BE AS HIGH AS 95% LTC, INCLUDING REHAB AND ANY NEEDED IMPROVEMENTS WITH RATES AS LOW AS 5.5%. TERMS FROM 1 TO 3 YEARS. NO PRE-PAY AVAILABLE.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR HIGHER LEVERAGE SCENARIOS (75%+ LTV) OR NON-BANK. FOR BORROWERS SEEKING TO REPOSITION ASSETS.
